About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Assistant to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton London Kensington. As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and handle credit transactions in accordance with Heeton standard operating procedures.
  • Stay one step ahead of guests' needs, recording and acting on their preferences, and handling their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Be a trusted contact for all guests, helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and looping in management when necessary.
  • Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador, always knowing what events and activities are on the schedule.
  • Help guests with luggage, excursions, and taxi bookings, and be present in the lobby to direct guests to the correct areas.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Hospitality experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and a great team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
