Raffles London at The OWO is a haven of luxury and heritage, where legendary statesmen and women once shaped the modern world. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the ambassador of our hotel, promoting our offerings and sharing the quirks and insights of our vibrant history.

"Your role will be to create a positive environment for both colleagues and guests, proactively obtaining feedback and looking out for clues to enhance the guest experience. You will engage in genuine, non-scripted conversations, creating a home-away-from-home feel for all our guests.

"Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a hotel ambassador, promoting hotel offerings and sharing insights of the hotel's history
  • Creating a positive environment for colleagues and guests, proactively obtaining feedback and enhancing the guest experience
  • Engaging in genuine, non-scripted conversations, creating a home-away-from-home feel for guests
  • Assisting with celebrations hosted while in residence
  • Looking after kids and pets programs
  • Ensuring special requests, preferences, and items are available for the duration of the guest stay
  • Conducting VIP room checks and guest profile management
  • Preparing daily reports and memos in a timely manner, shared with relevant teams
  • Presenting daily VIP arrivals during the morning meeting, as well as VIP summaries and memos during the Operations Meeting
  • Following up after guest stays to remain a point of contact for future return visits
