As a Guest Relations Executive, your primary objective will be to create a seamless and personalized experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a hotel ambassador, promoting our luxurious offerings and sharing the rich history of our hotel.
- Creating a positive environment for both colleagues and guests, actively seeking feedback and opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Engaging in genuine, non-scripted conversations to create a sense of home away from home for our guests.
- Providing exceptional service as the first point of contact before guest arrival and following up on any further requests.
- Assisting with special celebrations and events hosted during guest stays.
- Managing our kids' and pets' programs with care and attention to detail.
- Ensuring all special requests, preferences, and items are available throughout the guest's stay.
- Conducting VIP room checks and managing guest profiles with precision.
- Preparing and sharing daily reports and memos with relevant teams in a timely manner.
- Keeping teams informed of guests' stays, movements, special requests, and occasions.
- Presenting daily VIP arrivals and summaries during morning and operations meetings.
- Following up with guests after their stay to maintain a point of contact for future visits.
