Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the quality and compliance department, ensuring the delivery of robust processes throughout the Cornerstone Healthcare group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting data, working closely with the team to improve and monitor the quality of our service delivery. This role requires a UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as well as previous experience working in the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of quality improvement initiatives and auditing
- Collect, analyse and report data for service delivery
- Liaise with Heads of Departments to ensure effective implementation of quality processes
Requirements:
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience working in the care sector
- Experience in collecting data and presenting it as part of an audit
- Knowledge of Data Protection / Confidentiality
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
