Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Community Health and Eyecare (CHEC). As a key member of our Ophthalmology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
