Job Title: Academic Consultant L6 Social Researcher

Job Summary:

New College of the Humanities Ltd. is seeking an academic expert to act as a consultant on its new degree programme in Applied Social Research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To design a new undergraduate degree programme that satisfies the apprenticeship standard ST1341 Social Researcher.
  2. To ensure that the programme maps to and satisfies the apprenticeship standard.
  3. To write the programme specification and course descriptors for the programme's courses.
  4. To participate in quality/validation events and incorporate feedback into the documentation.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have expertise in Social Policy Research and experience in designing degree programmes.

Remuneration:

New College of the Humanities Ltd. would expect to pay a fixed fee for the completion of the above duties.
