Research Director - Longitudinal Surveys

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality social surveys with a particular emphasis on longitudinal and cohort studies.

Your Role:
  • Lead Proposal Development & Funding Acquisition: Spearhead the development of compelling proposals and grant applications, securing funding for innovative research projects.
  • Project Management Excellence: Oversee and deliver survey and research projects to the highest standards, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Methodological Expertise: Provide comprehensive advice and quality assurance across all stages of research – from design and implementation to analysis and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, funders, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Your Skills & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, statistics, economics).
  • Proven experience directing social or market research survey projects and programs.
  • A successful track record of securing funding for high-quality social or market research initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and best practices in survey design and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
