Job Description
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Family Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will hold DSL status and be responsible for safeguarding, deputising for the headteacher as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build constructive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Show initiative and be involved in all aspects of school life.
- Work closely with our Pastoral Team to provide experiences for our students.
- Hold DSL status and have previous experience dealing with complex safeguarding issues.
Requirements
- A proven track record in dealing with complex safeguarding issues is essential.
- Effective ICT skills and a willingness to use new technology.
- Commitment to continuing professional learning.
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
