Role Description
The Family Liaison Officer will be the primary point of contact for parents, carers, and the wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Work closely with our Pastoral Team to provide experiences for our students.
- Hold DSL status and have previous experience dealing with complex safeguarding issues.
Requirements
- A proven track record in dealing with complex safeguarding issues is essential.
- Effective ICT skills and a willingness to use new technology.
- Commitment to continuing professional learning.
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
