Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of trauma-informed education and school operations. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and contributing to strategic planning and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student engagement and academic achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification in education
  • Relevant experience teaching and supporting vulnerable children and young people
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
