Role Summary

As a Parenting Skills Advocate with iPeople Solutions, you will be working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families in Medway, Kent, and surrounding areas.

You will provide a home visiting service to support families, promoting parenting skills and access to essential services.

  • Collaborate with social workers to hold caseloads, supporting families with complex needs.
  • Empower parents to achieve better outcomes for children, using your previous experience working with families with multiple and complex needs.
Requirements
  • A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with families with complex needs is essential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Estimated Salary: £27,250
