Job Overview

We are seeking a Student Success Advocate to join our team at MidKent College. This role will involve working closely with students to develop their skills and knowledge, with a focus on progress and performance in PSHE & RSE subjects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum development and delivery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials and delivering high-quality tutorials to students.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for students
  • Deliver high-quality learning materials and tutorials for PSHE & RSE subjects
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
