Child Protection Advocate Lawyer

Lawyer (Child Protection)
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Child Protection Advocate to join our team at Invicta Law in Kent. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in key areas of child protection law and the ability to confidently take on a caseload with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be able to provide expert legal advice and support to local authority clients, working closely with other members of the team to advise upon all aspects of child protection work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to social workers and external clients on various aspects of child protection law
- Conduct a full caseload of public childcare law proceedings with minimal supervision
- Carry out thorough research for own cases and share knowledge with the team
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Proven experience in child protection law
- Able to maintain high-quality files and build positive relationships with clients
