Child Safeguarding Conference Lead Manager

We are seeking a QA Manager in the Child Protection Chairs Service who will work closely with the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Department to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of statutory duties including child protection and legal processes. They will also have strong leadership skills and be able to evidence good management practices.
The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Team:
The QA Manager will work closely with the Child Protection Chairs and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a consistent and quality service.
They will also work alongside the CPC QA Manager for the North and West Area to develop and implement a quality assurance framework.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or relevant field
- Registration as a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England
- Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring service
- Proven track record of delivering good outcomes for children and young people
