About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive success in the Conference and Banqueting department. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a talented conference and banqueting team
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless events
  • Compile weekly rotas to optimize business performance and align with budgets
  • Accountable for monthly liquor stock takes and compliance with hotel security regulations
  • Deliver memorable events, ensuring all guests' requests are actioned and delivered flawlessly
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
