We are currently recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Job Summary:

  • To provide home visiting services to support families, promoting parenting skills and access to essential services.
  • Collaborate with social workers to hold caseloads and support families with complex needs.
  • Undertake tasks as required by the client, utilizing previous experience working with families with multiple and complex needs.

Requirements:

  • A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for frequent visits to clients' homes.
  • Previous experience working with families with complex needs is essential for this role.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory for all staff members.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • An estimated salary of £27,250 per annum.
