Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will work closely with our Pastoral Team to provide support and guidance to our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to students and their families.
- Work closely with our Pastoral Team to provide experiences for our students.
- Hold DSL status and have previous experience dealing with complex safeguarding issues.
Requirements
- A proven track record in dealing with complex safeguarding issues is essential.
- Effective ICT skills and a willingness to use new technology.
- Commitment to continuing professional learning.
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
