Job Title: Business Development Officer - Corporate Partnerships

The Royal British Legion Industries LTD is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team in developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will play a vital role in securing significant funding for our charitable initiatives.

About the Role:
This challenging and rewarding position involves researching and identifying potential corporate partners, building relationships, and negotiating sponsorship agreements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and contribute to the development of our social enterprise operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate partners and develop targeted outreach strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners
- Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and updates on partnership progress and impact

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of securing new business and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
