About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Business Development to join our team and drive business growth in the fire safety and fit-out services sectors.

This exciting opportunity promises a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales within the facilities management or fire safety industry, with experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies to drive business growth.

The successful Head of Business Development will lead a high-performing sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  4. Experience with fire doors and fit-out services is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
