Job Title: Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing key accounts and distributors, managing a sales territory, following up leads generated by the company's marketing activities, and prospecting for new business.
About the Role
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Manage a sales territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated by the company's marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into meaningful sales opportunities.
- Prospect for new business, focusing on core products and services that align with our clients' needs.
- Provide in-depth technical support to customers, helping them identify and solve problems related to our products and services.
About You
- You are a recent graduate of a Business or related field, with a strong academic record and a passion for sales and business development.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- You have a professional appearance and behavior, demonstrating respect for both clients and colleagues alike.
- You excel at time management and diary organization, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- You bring a polite, courteous, and enthusiastic approach to your work, with a talent for developing strong customer relationships.
What We Offer
