Role Overview
Carrington West is recruiting an experienced Senior DM Planning Officer to join their Development Management Department on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dealing with application types, including minors and small-scale major applications, as well as case sign-off responsibilities for Assistant Planning Officers.
About the Job
The Senior Planning Officer will be responsible for handling various planning applications, collaborating with colleagues, and attending committee meetings when required. This role offers flexibility, allowing for hybrid working with office attendance one day a week on Tuesdays. Committee meetings take place on Thursdays, but adaptability around office hours is expected based on business needs.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £82,400 to £93,120 (based on a guide rate of £41-46 per hour). Please note that salaries may vary based on individual factors and company policies.
