The role is likely to evolve significantly in the next 1-2 years as the business expands, and the responsibilities of this position will change accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts
  • Collation and examination of purchase and sales ledger information from the centralised accounting department
  • Supervision of the Accounts staff and production of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and business development initiatives

Desirable Skills:
  • Proven experience as a management accountant within a similar sector
  • Fully or part qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Able to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance personnel
