Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality, timely financial reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Analyse large data sets to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues on financial systems and tools.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What We Offer:
