About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to lead our EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in human resources leadership, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Airwallex's business goals, as well as leading a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services to employees across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services to employees across the region
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and careers
