We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Devon in Sight, a leading organization supporting blind and partially sighted individuals since 1925. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing and operations, ensuring the effective delivery of our services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, marketing, and fundraising, with a strong track record of achievement in similar roles. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services and support.
- Manage our operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs and services.
- Bid for funding opportunities to secure financial support for our organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, and fundraising.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
