Job Role: Customer Service Specialist (Property Management)

Location: Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Salary: up to £23,571 per annum plus benefits

The Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and expert advice to customers through various communication channels
  • Support internal departments, including Property Managers, to ensure seamless customer service
  • Manage customer queries and issues, ensuring a first contact resolution wherever possible
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve customer and development issues
  • Accurately categorize customer interactions to identify areas for service improvement
  • Communicate with teams to ensure effective support for customer queries
  • Raise maintenance orders and liaise with contractors as necessary
  • Manage customer requests for keys, fobs, and permits
  • Process customer payments securely and confidentially
  • Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Efficient administration and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to deal with problems and challenges effectively
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent IT skills and social-media awareness
  • Property Management experience desired, but not essential
