Resident Support Coordinator

About the Role
The Decanting and Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the decant process, ensuring the smooth transition of residents to new homes. This will involve coordinating with various departments, conducting thorough checks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective decanting strategies to minimize disruption to residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition process, including property inspections and assessments.
- Manage housing allocations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using CRM and Proactis systems.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the relocation process.
- Perform other duties as required by the role, specified in the role profile.

- Previous experience in housing management, decanting, or allocations.
- Strong understanding of housing policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, organizing your workload to meet goals and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
