We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team at Willowbrook Care Home.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a range of engaging activities, events, and programs that promote socialization, entertainment, and well-being among residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and other staff members to ensure seamless execution of activities and events.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify resident interests and preferences, and tailor activities accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity evaluations.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing activities for seniors or vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for working with seniors and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
