About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resident Services Assistant to join our team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth management of tenancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage prospect and lead interactions, providing timely and effective communication to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct apartment inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a high standard of property management.
  • Administer tenancies and renewals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate check-out appointments with third-party inventory clerks, ensuring a seamless transition for residents.
  • Deliver move-in inductions to new residents, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they feel at home.
  • Chase arrears for the first half of the month, negotiating payment plans with residents as needed.
  • Update arrears reports with any amendments or updates, maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve section 8s and section 21s when applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide support and cover for the front-of-house team, ensuring consistent and excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the organization and planning of resident events, fostering a sense of community and connection among our residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in lettings or property management, with a strong understanding of tenancy agreements and property law.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems.
  • ARLA qualification (desirable).
