Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational plans, delivering high-profile projects, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute operational plans and deliver high-profile or specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.
- Manage site services, including cleaning, security, space management, maintenance tasks, service agreements, plant care, and external services.
- Lead, coach, and develop facility team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Proven experience in managing site services.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Competitive salary (£55,000 - £65,000 per annum) depending on experience.
- 26 days holiday + 4 BH (Bank Holidays).
