Maintenance Technician for Pharmaceutical Facilities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Building Services Technician to join our client\'s site in Hatfield.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the business.

You will plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance in critical and non-critical environments.
  • Closure of remedial and service requests.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor BMS for running equipment and respond to alarm conditions.
  • Engineering experience in similar regulated environments.
  • Good awareness of Health and Safety.
  • Multi-skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with steam boilers, blowdowns, and water treatment.
  • Domestic and low-temperature hot water systems.

Key Requirements:

  • City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent (BS7671 & C&G 2391).
  • City & Guilds mechanical qualification or equivalent.
  • Educated to ONC/HNC.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
