Job Description:
The successful candidate will work with our maintenance team, carrying out general repairs and both planned and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the site.
The role involves performing large-scale redecoration projects, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular safety checks, completing preventative planned maintenance tasks, and supervising contractors to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical, plumbing, or decorating skills and be able to manage the maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, or decorating skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
Salary: £31,000 per annum
