About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Guidant Global Careers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the building industry and experience in plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a number of traveller sites throughout Hertfordshire county, ensuring that all buildings and grounds are well-maintained and up-to-date. A full driving licence and vehicle with business insurance are essential for this role.

This position comes with an additional on-call rota, with extra payment made for occasions where you are called out. Please note that this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check for safeguarding purposes.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are interested in applying, please note that you will need to attend an interview prior to being offered the job role.
