Job Description

Nouvo Recruitment is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to manage a portfolio of residential blocks. This role requires a strong understanding of property management legislation and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained while building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, coordinating maintenance works, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in block or property management, a strong understanding of property management legislation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing service charge budgets and preparing financial reports is also essential.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
