Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment in Coleshill, Warwickshire.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying cold and warm leads, predominantly business-to-business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an expanding finance company, offering a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include engaging in telephone prospecting calls, identifying and contacting key decision-makers within businesses, and accurately recording all conversations. You will also work closely with Business Development Managers to close deals and support email and social media campaigns.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need an outstanding telephone manner, with the confidence and credibility to sell to key decision-makers in SMEs. You should have the drive and tenacity to engage in high-volume prospecting calls (50+ per day) and be able to build rapport and manage relationships with potential clients.
A background in Financial Services/Asset finance would be highly beneficial, as would full-time availability to work in the office in Coleshill. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
