Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Admin to join our team at Balazs. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers through digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer databases on Salesforce.com to capture and analyze sales activity.
  • Support the Sales team to deliver sales targets.
  • Analyze customer sales data, qualify prospects, and determine specific actions.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or response to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Source and manage leads from business databases, the internet, and email campaigns.
  • Plan targets and assist proposal writing.
  • Prepare sales pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling B2B in either a medical, manufacturing, or gas environment.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy / Accurate data inputting skills.
  • Experience in Digital sales platforms: websites / ePortals.
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • IT skills essential / Salesforce experience preferable.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
