Outbound Sales Representative

As an Account Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for Page Personnel Sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market.
In this position, you will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to drive growth and exceed targets. You will also be responsible for managing client complaints, participating in marketing events, and preparing sales materials. A key aspect of this role is conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, enthusiasm, and drive. They will be able to work well in a small team and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A comfort level in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is reliability and a strong work ethic.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £37,500 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Free parking is also provided.
