Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Admin to join our team at Balazs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, drive, and develop sales to support business targets and objectives via self-generation, marketing data, and leads through digital platforms.
- Onboard new customers through digital platforms and maintain accurate records.
- Update customer databases on Salesforce.com to analyze sales activity and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or response to follow up initial sales contacts.
- Source and manage leads from business databases, the internet, and email campaigns.
- Assist in planning targets and preparing sales pitches.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Telesales from initial contact to closure.
- Strong commercial acumen, new business development, and customer service understanding.
- Experience in implementing digital solutions to support commercial activity.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy / Accurate data inputting skills.
- IT skills essential / Salesforce experience preferable.
The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
