Adoption Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join Northamptonshire Children's Trust as a Practice Manager within the Adopter Recruitment, Assessment and Family Finding Team.
You will supervise and support social workers undertaking adopter assessments and family finding for children with a plan of adoption.
As a Practice Manager, you will maintain oversight of practice standards and compliance using case auditing and monitoring of service KPIs.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and delivering high-quality services for Children, Young People, and their Families.
You will need to have experience in adoption assessment work, service development, and understand the legal framework and associated NMS in relation to care planning and adoption for children.
The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
