About Access Services
At Access Services, we are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Specialists to join our team in Northampton, PA. These professionals will be responsible for providing high-quality Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children and families in our community.
Schedule Flexibility
We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing you to create your own schedule according to client needs. This means working with 1-12 clients per hour, giving you the autonomy to manage your time effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify target behaviors and replacement behaviors for clients.
- Develop personalized Intervention Plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with families to discuss behavior presentation, skill acquisition, and concerns.
- Regularly monitor progress and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed.
- Create discharge plans to support long-term behavioral changes.
- Maintain accurate case notes and participate in case reviews.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
- Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision is necessary.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.
Compensation
