As a Customer Service Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages across various locations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and contribute to their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of community and take pride in what they do. You will have a positive attitude, be punctual, and organized, with excellent time management skills. A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points is also essential.
