  • Your primary responsibilities will involve producing detailed MEP models and 2D drawings.
  • Liaison with Engineering and Technical teams is vital for successful project execution.
  • Interface with Autodesk Construction Cloud is necessary for streamlined document management workflows.

This role is geared towards junior to intermediate level professionals who can benefit from in-house and external training for Building Information Modelling skills.

  • Essential skills include basic/intermediate understanding of Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 and company CAD standards is required.

Desirable traits include being approachable, thorough, efficient, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

We anticipate offering a salary of approximately £38,500 per annum.
