About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Improvement and Transformation Project Manager to join our Services & Partnerships team at the MND Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering improvement programmes that make a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing improvement initiatives that drive positive change within our organisation. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to co-create project solutions and build engagement. With your strong project management skills and ability to manage complex issues, you will ensure that projects are delivered successfully and meet our organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end project management, including experience of Quality Improvement methodology. You will be skilled in leveraging data to drive decisions and monitor progress, and have a keen eye for detail in communicating complex information.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
