About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social worker to join our Adoption Support Team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of adoptive families and delivering effective intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Support: Provide tailored support to adoptive families, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multi-professional networks, including education, social care, and early help teams, to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Therapeutic Services: Develop and implement therapeutic workshops and courses to enhance parenting skills and promote family well-being.
