Job Summary:
A dedicated and organized Administrator is required to support daily operations at ACS Staffing Solutions. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to upholding high standards of service and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Handle telephone calls promptly and professionally, addressing general inquiries and customer orders.
• Take detailed messages and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate colleague.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records.
• Request and process prescriptions in a timely manner as required.
• Build meaningful and positive working relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge.
• Address and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Possesses a clear, friendly, and empathetic telephone manner.
Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.
Adopts a proactive, self-motivated, and methodical approach to work.
Capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment.
Displays exceptional attention to detail.
Maintains a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrates accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
Has prior experience working with databases.
Brings at least three years of customer service experience.

Salary Information:
An estimated salary for this position is £12 per hour.
