Job Overview:
The Customer Service Coordinator role at Cv-Library involves providing exceptional customer experiences on refurbishment projects. As a key member of our team, you will focus on delivering full customer care services, anticipating customers' needs, and ensuring positive touch points throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with project teams to deliver full customer care services, focusing on excellent communication and keeping customers informed.
  2. Provide professional, helpful, and high-quality services before, during, and after refurbishment works to exceed customer expectations.
  3. Achieve clients' KPI targets for resident satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the project management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  5. Ensure all activities are documented and recorded as instructed or required on CRM systems.
  6. Responsible for resolving complaints successfully following the company's complaints procedure.
  7. Support other areas of the project team when required and as requested by Project Management.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to adopt and embrace new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance with GDPR regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review and update knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek feedback from colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports as necessary.
  • Continuously improve service quality and efficiency through process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
