Customer Service Courier

We are seeking a Customer Service Courier to join our team at UPS UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of packages across the region.
Your day will involve planning and prioritizing your route to maximize efficiency, working with our team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
Estimated Salary: £14.21 per hour (rising to £17.48 depending on length of service and license held)
Key Responsibilities- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers within a designated area
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure effective communication and coordination of deliveries
- A good level of driving experience (minimum 2 years) with a B or C driving licence category
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role would be an advantage
- Ability to work flexibly, methodically and under pressure, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
