Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to travel agents, resolving post-booking issues, and maintaining a positive rapport with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective support to travel agents via phone and email, ensuring a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
  2. Manage schedule changes received from airlines via Sabre, communicating effectively with agents and making informed decisions in a pressurized environment.
  3. Investigate and resolve issues related to reservation amendments and cancellations, taking ownership of requests and ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Streamline booking processes by efficiently using queues, booking notes, and email communication, promoting a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
  5. Amend hotel, car hire, and transfer reservations, contacting suppliers via email and phone to ensure accurate and complete execution.
  6. Action ETA's (visas), API's, and Mobility Forms within set timeframes, working towards targets and deadlines while maintaining exceptional customer care.
  7. Support other team members and the company as a whole by promoting a positive and collaborative attitude.
