About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland. As a key member of our customer service and support team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements, and ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in Aftersales is essential, with a proven track record of managing and delivering operating costs and identifying efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to understand and analyse performance data, making effective decisions to ensure KPIs are delivered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • IT literate and highly numerate, with the ability to use technology to support business decisions.
