Key Role in Automotive Retail

Our client is seeking an experienced Aftersales Operations Manager to join their team in Dagenham.

Job Overview: As the Aftersales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the aftersales operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize aftersales revenue and profitability
  2. Assist in managing a team of aftersales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  4. Ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of aftersales activities
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
  7. Implement upselling techniques to increase revenue from aftersales services
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aftersales practices
  9. Utilize software systems to track customer interactions, sales data, and service history
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in aftersales management or a similar role
  2. Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets
  3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Experience in upselling techniques and strategies
  5. Proficient in using software systems for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking
  6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
